The PIM with AI agents built in

Messy catalog data in. Channel-ready products out.

12 AI agents draft, check and translate product content. Review it in one queue, then publish to Amazon, Shopify and more.

Agent changes wait for your approval by default.

How it works

Your products are ready. Your catalog isn’t.

One coat, start to finish.

01Import

Start with the mess.

ERP exports, supplier files, spreadsheets or the API, gaps and all.

02Agents

Agents do the heavy lifting.

They draft specs with source links, SEO titles and translations, and flag compliance gaps.

03Approve

You make the call.

By default, suggestions wait in one queue. Approve several at once.

Try it. Nothing here changes real data.

04Publish

Publish where you sell.

Amazon and Shopify, checked for required fields first. CSV or Excel feeds elsewhere.

Agents

12 specialists. One approval queue.

Auto-apply stays off unless you switch it on.

Create

  • Product sourcing Source links

Looks up missing specs on the web, with a source link for every value it suggests. Lookups need setup for your workspace.

  • Product enrichment

Drafts missing attributes and fuller descriptions for thin product pages.

  • SEO optimization

Writes search-friendly titles, meta descriptions and bullets.

  • Translation

Finds untranslated content and drafts copy for each market.

  • Asset intelligence

Flags missing, broken or low-resolution product images and drafts alt text.

Clean

  • Taxonomy

Proposes the right category for each product and flags conflicts.

  • Duplicate detection

Flags products that look like the same item entered twice.

  • Variant grouping

Spots products that should be variants of each other, orphaned variants and missing sizes or colors.

  • Compliance

Spots missing regulatory and policy information.

  • Digital Product Passport

Flags missing EU Digital Product Passport data on the products it checks, and fills only what your catalog already states.

Sell

  • Channel launch

Drafts missing channel-specific product fields and new marketplace feeds (column mapping, image sizes, file format) for review.

  • Pricing optimization Findings only

Checks prices against your pricing rules and the competitor prices you record, then flags issues with suggested prices for your team.

Studio & Flows

Build your own agents. Chain them into flows.

  1. Describe the goal.

Review the draft, or copy one of 10 ready-made flows.

  2. Build an agent.

Start from 5 templates. Test runs change nothing.

  3. Pick when flows run.

By hand, tonight, on a schedule, or when products change.

Automatic runs are off by default. Each step waits for its approvals.

Control

AI does the work. You stay in charge.

  • Approval first

Agent changes wait for approval by default.

  • Decisions on record

See who approved or rejected each agent suggestion.

  • Version history

    Restore an earlier version.

  • Zen AI with limits

Works within your permissions. Confirms before overwriting, publishing or deleting.

Our PIM already has AI. What’s different?

CataZenta’s agents each own one job, such as sourcing, enrichment, SEO, translation, categories, duplicates, compliance and channel launch. They run on the products or categories you choose (on demand, on a schedule, or when products change once you switch automatic runs on) and their suggestions land in one approval queue. You can combine them into flows and build agents of your own.

Will AI change our data without asking?

Not by default. Agent suggestions wait in an approval queue until someone on your team approves them. Auto-apply is off by default and only works for agents you switch it on for. Reject a suggestion and nothing changes. Every agent suggestion records who approved or rejected it, and product edits keep a version history you can restore from. Zen AI makes the edits you ask for within your permissions, and confirms before it overwrites data, publishes or deletes.

Can a small team keep up?

Approve a selection in one step. Once you trust an agent, you can let it apply changes above a confidence level you choose; that stays off until you turn it on. New marketplace feed plans, category moves and new variants still wait for a person, and web-sourced values do by default. The Pricing optimization agent flags issues with suggested prices; it doesn’t change prices.

Where does AI get its data?

From your own catalog: attributes, categories, product families, media records and each channel’s export setup. Agents draft copy from that data. Once lookups are set up for your workspace, the Product sourcing agent can also look up missing specs on the web, and it shows the source link for every value it suggests so your team can check it.

Which systems and channels are supported?

Bring products in from ERP or PLM exports, supplier files, CSV and Excel, or the REST API. Publish directly to Amazon and Shopify, and to other marketplaces and retailers as CSV or Excel feeds. AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT can connect to your catalog through MCP (the open standard AI assistants use to call external tools), acting with the signed-in user’s permissions.

Do we have to replace our PIM?

No. Start by importing a representative set of products from your current PIM or spreadsheets, run the agents on it, and compare the results. When you’re ready to move fully, see the migration path from a legacy PIM.

How is our data secured?

Each company’s data is kept separate from every other company’s, and access is role-based. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest in our databases and file storage, and secret credential fields such as marketplace passwords and tokens are masked in the app and API. We’re happy to take your team through a security review.
