Do findings block publishing?
They don’t. Open findings and the AI Catalog Quality score don’t stop a status change, a file export or a push to Amazon or Shopify. Your team decides what to fix first.
Does the Compliance agent verify certificates?
It doesn’t. It checks the compliance fields your product families define, flags the empty ones and suggests values only where your data supports them. When a family defines none, it leaves a note instead. Substance declarations, product claims and certificates stay with your team.
Do agents scan the catalog on their own?
Not by default. Run an agent on a product, a category, a product family or the whole catalog in batches, or set a schedule. Automatic runs on events such as product saves stay off until you switch them on. The AI Catalog Quality score reflects only the agents that have run.
Can we undo a bad import?
Product by product. Imports write straight to your catalog, and each change saves a new product version, so someone with restore permission can roll each affected product back. Range and format checks run in the product editor, not on imports.
Does CataZenta create a Digital Product Passport?
Not the passport itself. The Digital Product Passport agent flags missing EU Digital Product Passport data on the products it checks and suggests only values your catalog already states. CataZenta doesn’t create passport identifiers, QR codes or public passport records.
