Will it make things up?
Drafts can be wrong, which is why agent suggestions wait for your review by default. The Product enrichment agent leaves business facts such as launch dates, warranty terms, country of origin and certifications to a person, and raises them as findings.
Can it follow our brand voice?
There isn’t a brand voice setting or glossary. Instead, write your tone and wording into your own agent in Agent Studio, and test it on a real product first. By default, its suggestions wait in the same approval queue.
Can we have different copy per channel?
Yes. Switch on per-channel values for an attribute, and each channel keeps its own. The Channel launch agent can draft channel-specific titles, bullets and descriptions, which wait for review by default. The SEO optimization agent writes the main copy for your default channel and language.
Can we translate into several languages at once?
Yes. Pick several languages when you run the Translation agent on a product, category or family, and each language gets its own run. By default, the drafts wait in the approval queue, so someone who reads that language can check them before they’re applied.
