Channel publishing
Publish to Amazon and Shopify. Build a file feed for the rest.
Only products marked Approved go to Amazon and Shopify, and each is checked against that channel’s rules first.
How it works
Checked first. Shaped to fit.
From your catalog to each channel.
01Check
Checked before it’s sent.
Amazon and Shopify pushes are checked for required fields, allowed values, lengths and units. Products that fail stay in the job, with the reason.
02Update
Send only what changed.
Scheduled Amazon and Shopify runs send only what changed, and remove listings for deleted products.
03Feed
Build a feed from their template.
Upload a retailer’s template, keep its columns, map each one to your attributes and filter the products. Then run it and download the file.
Details
The details, built in.
Approved products only
Amazon and Shopify get only products marked Approved, in categories you’ve mapped to that channel.
A result for each product
Each Amazon or Shopify job lists every product’s status and the channel’s error message.
Images sized per channel
Pushes and feeds can use each channel’s image sizes. Pushes hold back products whose images aren’t ready.
New feeds, drafted
The Channel launch agent drafts a new marketplace feed (columns, image sizes, file format) as one plan you review.
Channel fields, drafted
The same Channel launch agent drafts channel-specific titles, bullets and feed fields on products, and flags gaps.

Where can we publish directly?
Amazon and Shopify. For other marketplaces, retailers and partners, you build a CSV or Excel feed to their template. On Amazon, account requirements such as GTIN exemptions and brand approvals stay with your seller account.
Are file feeds scheduled or sent?
Neither. You run a file feed by hand and download the file; it isn’t sent by SFTP, email or API. Schedules are for Amazon and Shopify runs.
Do channel rejections come back into products?
Not automatically. Each Amazon or Shopify sync job shows every product’s status and the error message the channel returned. Fix the product, then publish it again, or have your developers retry the failed items through the API.
Is there an API?
Yes. Your developers can run imports, exports and publishing through the REST API and track each one as a job with per-row or per-SKU results. CataZenta doesn’t notify your systems when a job finishes, so check job status through the API.
Is channel publishing included?
Yes. Publishing to Amazon and Shopify, and CSV or Excel feeds for other channels, comes with PIM Hub. Your quote reflects how many channels you sell through.
