Cookie Policy
This policy explains how our websites use cookies and similar technologies, such as your browser’s local storage. The short version: catazenta.com doesn’t set any cookies of its own and doesn’t use analytics or advertising trackers. A few features from other companies can store information in your browser, but only after you choose to use them.

What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. Local storage and session storage do a similar job. Websites use them to remember your choices, keep you signed in, or measure and track visits. In this policy, “cookies” covers all of these.
What catazenta.com stores
When you browse catazenta.com:
- Our site sets no cookies and stores nothing in local storage or session storage.
- No analytics, advertising, social media pixels or tag managers are loaded.
- Our fonts are served from our own domain, so loading a page doesn’t contact Google Fonts or any other font service.
- Our hosting provider, Amazon Web Services, delivers our pages without setting cookies.
Features that load only when you use them
These features come from other companies and follow those companies’ cookie policies. We don’t control which cookies they set or how long they last.
- Product tour video (YouTube, owned by Google). The video loads only when you choose to watch the product tour, and it uses YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). Once the video plays, YouTube may store cookies or similar identifiers in your browser, for example to play the video, remember your settings and count views. Google sets how long they last. Google’s privacy policy explains more.
- Booking a call (Calendly). The booking window loads only when you choose Pick a time in the quote builder on our pricing page. Calendly, and services it uses for sign-in, security, fraud prevention and performance monitoring, may then set cookies and similar identifiers in your browser, for example to run and secure its scheduler and remember your choices. Some can last up to a year. Calendly may also show its own cookie banner to ask for your choices, and it decides which cookies it sets and how long they last. Calendly’s cookie notice explains more.
- Demo and pilot form (HubSpot). When you submit the form, your browser sends your details directly to HubSpot. The form sets no cookies and doesn’t read HubSpot’s tracking cookie, and we don’t load HubSpot’s tracking code on our site.
- Email links. Links to contact@catazenta.com and careers@catazenta.com open your own email app and store nothing.
- Links to LinkedIn and other websites. These are ordinary links. Those websites may set their own cookies once you open them.
Our documentation site (docs.catazenta.com)
Our documentation site sets no cookies and uses no analytics. It stores two small entries in your browser’s local storage, and loads fonts and one page viewer from other companies:
- docusaurus.announcement.id remembers which announcement appears at the top of the page. It’s kept until you clear your browser’s site data.
- docusaurus.announcement.dismiss remembers whether you’ve closed that announcement, so it stays closed. It’s kept until you clear your browser’s site data.
- Google Fonts. The documentation site loads the Inter font from Google’s servers, and our API reference pages also load the Montserrat and Roboto fonts from there, so Google receives your IP address and browser details when a page loads. Google says its font service doesn’t use cookies.
- API reference viewer (Redocly). Our API reference pages load the Redoc viewer from Redocly’s servers, so Redocly receives your IP address and browser details when you open one of those pages.
The CataZenta app
The Log in link opens the CataZenta app in a new tab. The app uses the cookies and browser storage it needs to sign you in and keep your session secure. Your organization’s agreement with us covers the app.
How to control cookies
You’re in control:
- Nothing from YouTube or Calendly loads until you play the product tour video or choose Pick a time, so you can simply skip them.
- To book a call without Calendly, email contact@catazenta.com.
- Use your browser settings to block or delete cookies and to clear local storage, which browsers usually list as site data. Your browser’s help pages explain how.
- Blocking cookies won’t stop you from reading our websites, though the video or booking window may not work.
Changes to this policy
If we add anything that stores information in your browser, such as analytics, we’ll update this policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it. We’ll also change the “Last updated” date.
