Who we are

Our websites are run by Catazenta Private Limited (“CataZenta”, “we” or “us”), a company incorporated in India. Our office is at Second Floor, 17/21, St. Marks Road, Mahatma Gandhi Road, Bangalore North, Bangalore - 560001, Karnataka, India. You can reach us at contact@catazenta.com.

The CataZenta platform has its own agreement

These terms cover our websites only. Use of the CataZenta platform, including the app you reach through Log in, is governed by the agreement your organization signs with us, such as an order form or quotation and the terms it refers to. Design partner pilots are governed by the pilot terms we agree with you in writing.

If these terms conflict with a signed agreement between your organization and us, the signed agreement applies.

Using our websites

You’re welcome to use our websites to learn about CataZenta, read our documentation and blog, and get in touch with us. When you do, please don’t:

• Break any law, or help anyone else break one.
• Try to get unauthorized access to our websites, our systems or anyone else’s data, or probe, scan or test their security without our written permission.
• Interfere with how our websites work, for example by introducing malware or overloading them with requests.
• Use automated tools to copy our websites in a way that ignores our robots.txt file or puts a heavy load on our servers.
• Submit false details through our forms, or someone else’s details without their permission.
• Send spam or unsolicited promotions through our forms or to our email addresses.
• Use our content or brand in a way that suggests we endorse you or your products.

Information you send us

When you fill in a form, book a call or email us, please make sure the details are accurate and that you’re allowed to share them, including on behalf of your organization. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

If you share product data or connect a system for a demo or pilot, you keep all rights in that data. You allow us to use it only to prepare and run your demo or pilot, and you confirm that you have the right to share it. We’ll keep it confidential and share it only with the service providers who help us run your demo or pilot. The one exception is web lookups: if we run the Product sourcing agent on your data, it searches the public web using product details such as names, brands and product codes. Tell us if you’d rather we didn’t.

If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them to improve CataZenta without owing you anything. We won’t name you or your organization without your permission.

Our content and brand

Our websites and everything on them, including text, graphics, screenshots, videos, documentation and code, belong to CataZenta or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may view, download and print pages for your own use, and share links to them. You may also use our documentation to evaluate, set up and use CataZenta. Please don’t copy, change, republish or sell our content, or use the CataZenta name or logo, without our written permission.

Other names and logos on our websites, such as Amazon and Shopify, belong to their owners. Showing them doesn’t mean those companies endorse CataZenta.

Information on our websites

We work to keep our websites accurate, but product descriptions, screenshots and articles are general information, and features change as we develop CataZenta. Screens and data marked “Example” are illustrations, not real customer data. What your organization gets is set out in its quote and agreement, not on our websites.

Our blog, guides and documentation aren’t legal, tax or other professional advice.

Links and third-party services

Our websites link to, and use features from, other companies, such as YouTube for the product tour video, Calendly for booking calls and HubSpot for our forms. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or how they work.

No warranties

We provide our websites “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we don’t promise that they’ll be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses, and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, CataZenta isn’t liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of our websites.

Our websites are free to use, so our total liability to you for all claims relating to them is limited to ₹5,000 (five thousand Indian rupees).

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit, such as liability for fraud.

Changes to our websites and access

We may change, suspend or stop any part of our websites at any time. We may also restrict access for anyone who breaks these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll post the new version here and change the “Last updated” date. If you keep using our websites after that, the updated terms apply.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or your use of our websites.

If you use our websites as a consumer, you keep any protections under the law of your country that can’t be excluded by agreement.

Before starting formal proceedings, please email contact@catazenta.com so we can try to resolve the issue together.

General

• If any part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies.
• If we don’t enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later.
• You may not transfer your rights under these terms. We may transfer ours to a company that takes over our business.
• These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about using our websites.
