Sell on more channels

More channels. Still one catalog.

For multichannel selling, keep channel-specific content on each product. Publish directly to Amazon and Shopify, and build CSV or Excel feeds for other marketplaces and retailers.

From a copy per channel to one product.

  • TodayEach channel gets its own copy of the product, and the edits drift apart.

With CataZentaOne product can hold its own title and copy for each channel, and with the DAM add-on, its own images.

  • TodaySomeone resizes the same photos by hand for each marketplace.

With CataZentaWith the DAM add-on, set each channel’s image size once. Images added to products get a matching version.

  • TodayEach retailer’s spreadsheet gets filled in by hand, again and again.

With CataZentaUpload their template, map the columns once, then re-run the feed for a fresh file.

How it works

One product. A listing per channel.

One coat, three routes.

01Content

Channel content on the product.

Switch channels on the product page. The Channel launch agent drafts missing channel fields, which wait for review by default.

02Direct

Push to Amazon and Shopify.

Approved products in your mapped categories go out after a check against the channel’s field rules. Each SKU shows its result.

03Feeds

A feed for everyone else.

Other marketplaces and retailers get a CSV or Excel feed in their own template. The Channel launch agent can draft a new one for you to review.

The modules behind it.

  • Pushes to Amazon and Shopify, and builds CSV or Excel feeds.

  • Holds per-channel values on one product, with a category tree per channel.

  • DAM

    Add-on

Creates each channel’s image versions from the sizes you set.

  • Draft missing channel fields and new feed setups.

What does each channel receive?

Shopify gets products, variants, prices, images and collections from your categories, plus stock quantities from your product data. Amazon gets listings per SKU with variations, prices and images, for the marketplace region you connect; account requirements such as GTIN exemptions stay with you. Other marketplaces, retailers and partners get a CSV or Excel feed built from their template, which you download and send the way they ask.

Do we need a separate product for each channel?

One product is enough. It can hold a different value per channel for the attributes you set up that way, such as titles and bullet points. Each channel can also have its own category tree. With the DAM add-on, it can have its own image size too, and images added to products get a version at that size.

Does the Channel launch agent know marketplace rules?

For a new feed, it drafts from the AI model’s own knowledge, not a verified marketplace spec. So each assumption in the feed plan shows a confidence level and a source note for your team to check, and by default the whole plan waits for your approval. Each plan covers one file feed, and the agent doesn’t connect Amazon or Shopify.

Where do channel prices come from?

From the price fields on your products. Prices you manage in Product Pricing, such as price lists and promotions, aren’t sent to Amazon, Shopify or file feeds.
